bluecastleYou have to love a workplace where the holiday gifts come in the form of chocolates, a kitten a day calendar, and cookies -- each of which has the equivalent kick of a cup of coffee. :D
Speaking of, spent the morning in a meeting where we had to sit in small groups, and then come up with: Successes, Weaknesses, Opportunities, and Threats (to the working of the workplace). And in almost every subgroup COFFEE was a problem. Lack of coffee specifically ... also room to GET coffee in our super small little baby Starbucks/cafe. (the guy writing it all down on the flip chart made my day when he wrote cafe with the accent over the e! also when writing down some weakness he wrong [thing] :( ... just the frowny face made my morning. also the free bagels and coffee!!
I'm getting that this place runs, on coffee, no?!
Leaving in about an hour for my yearly watch and cry of It's a Wonderful Life on the big screen. YAY. FUN. I get a big bucket of popcorn, and sit somewhere that my virtual reciting of the whole movie won't bother anyone, and enjoy the hell out of the film!!
Then tomorrow is sleeping in (YOU HEAR THAT MR JINX???) and the start of my 11 day break. MORE YAY.
