I think maybe.

I think maybe there is a story in me. A story that is only my own. The one that uses bits and pieces from my own life in new and unexpected ways.

I think maybe this story wants to surprise me. I know it wants to remain mysterious for now.

I think maybe if I jettison all those stupid free writing, spew what's in your head exercises out the window, and invite my story in for a cup of cocoa that I might be able to coax it off the doorsill.

Maybe. I think.
