randomness (not random shoes tho)

Yeah so I found it strange that that commercial for Torchwood: Miracle Day I saw on TV last night ... that they were going on about getting the TW:MD dvd at Wal-Mart. You know, Wal-Mart ... not exactly a bastion for diversity and all that. Given all the rumpus about the sex scenes and whatnot.

I'm not planning on buying it, so I don't really care, but it just struck me as odd.

(I'm sort of conflicted about NOT buying it, because I feel like I should have a full set, and I have the other three series, but other than episode 7 it did'nt really do that much for me, and I tend to only buy dvds of things I am reasonably sure I'll want to watch multiple times)

(other subsets include: buying to share w/ friends or buying out of guilt over downloading it 6 months previous when it aired in its country/premium channel of origin :)

(Also, I bought CoE ... but I have never been brave enough to re-watch it. I think I'd need to do that with a lot of liquor and couch cuddles or something.)

But I did enjoy my trip back in time last week when I couldn't sleep and Greeks Bearing Gifts was on. Oh the continuity horror!!! :)

Oh Torchwood ... you funny ol' thing.

Ahhh CoE. I rewatched it once. I miss Tosh.

Poor Tosh. I miss her too. And I was watching The Hour last night and was missing Owen.

Heck I just miss classic Torchwood. Maybe I'll have to do a rewatch sometime soon :)
