bluecastleYeah, so I took yesterday off because I woke up with a headache.
Day two of the headache, I feel too guilty to miss another day so here I am at work trying not to cry in pain. Oh me.
Trying to distract myself in ways that don't make me think too hard. My poor head is throbbing away, generating heat like its got its own little nuclear reactor inside there.
On the plus side, rehearsal last night was great, and we got one of the little joys of working on a piece that's still being written/compiled/shaped ... we all (save one of us) became Southern last night :)) The only thing more fun that playing over the top is playing over the top with a Southern accent. [and yes okay it's generic "Southern" since there are many many Southern accents] But still fun. Rehearsal tonight where we're going to work some of the improv-y bits, and then I'm really looking forward to this weekend when the NY/NJ half of the cast will be in town and we will get our last/only chance to work as a full cast until ... well... the day before we open. :)
There's also a chance we might take this on the road. I could be playing Hoboken someday. :)
Every girl's dream, right?! LOL
Anyway ... two more hours till I can take another round of pills. Will go and see if I can find any happy little cuddle fics to get the lovely happy endorphins flowing. That sometimes helps a bit. Stupid headaches.
