Tuesday was pancake day!! Had actually forgotten that I'd taken pancake pictures before I ate them all up :)

In other food related news ... dinner last night was great -- and I am looking forward to eating the rest of my tiramisu for dessert after pizza tonight! Felt bad as Cee Cee had a migraine, but she perked up a bit after we got food into her. Her hubby came over from where he'd been having his department meeting in the bar (!) feeling no pain LOL. He was better after food as well :)

So nice to see my friend L who has been recuperating from a terrible broken leg (a total tibfib fracture) she got during a performance of Much Ado about Nothing last August. She is just now getting to where she doesn't always need her crutch. OWCH.

also L fessed up that she reads my RL blog. EEP. This is both awesome and a bit skeery!

Had to talk other friend L down from feeling terrible about also not being cast in summer theater shows. She's adorable and sweet, and cosplays like a mofo at Dragon*Con ... but poor thing is so down on herself about her acting ability. You just want to snuggle her.

So a good time was had by all. I might have put a bug in CeeCee's ear about coming along to Frankenstein with me ... and we always say we want to do it again soon. Schedules are a bitch, so we'll see what "soon" means!
