It's after lunch now and I really want a nap. But instead I have to get back to work and look at some Jane Campion films and process our zillionth copy of the Stanford Prison Experiment dvd.

The boss arrived in my office doorway just as I was about to eat my lunch and asked me to sign up for some training this Thursday morning for the software that runs our/the libraries website. Will be interesting to learn, but potentially tricky as my boss doesn't really want our website to change, but it's got to in order to comply with the way the library wants things done. So sticky minefield down the path, but there's time to deal with that later.

For something MORE interesting than my boring day job ... have another fic where Sherlock and John try and figure out how to make things work when only one of them wants to have sex. It manages to be both clinical and sexy at the same time.

Watched the new Castle last night. They're doing a nice job in making Castle and Beckett's relationship complex and evolving. And Nathan Fillion keeps delighting with lines such as "Its like a CIRCUS ... with ALCOHOL!! Why haven't I ever been HERE before????"

And I can't help loving his brown jacket with the bright blue pinstripes. We know someone else with a jacket like that, now don't we? :D

And NCIS starts up again tonight. Not sure how much I care anymore, but I'll give it a chance. The interpersonal stuff is always amusing at any rate!

But now back to work work work...
