My Blue Castle

the director aught to know she can't leave us alone like this ... craziness ensues.

... she doesn't know it yet, but we've managed to work the macarena, the electric slide, and the chicken dance into our little production. did you know you can macarena to "we wish you a merry christmas" you can... it works... complete with butt wiggle on "new year" .... HAHAHA!!!!!

we're all exhausted. none of us know our lines ... but in some ways that works for us.

I asked the Universe (via facebook of course) for a good night's sleep last night. I got lots of helpful remedies ... scotch, pills, earplugs... but still didn't get a good night's sleep. (last night's culprits were a noisy cat and a sinus headache...)

but hoping for the best tonight. and pray to someone that I can sleep in just a bit tomorrow. pretty please?

but I'm off to the mothership here in a little bit for a meeting, and then off to find me some snappy red sneakers for the show (with bonus christmas socks and/or sparkly green laces).

then back here to re-apply nose to grindstone.

then off to rehearsal.

(one more week... and then I get my life back. yes please).
