do not ask me to explain HOW I have triumphed over technology... but after a day of banging my head against the wall trying to get an internet connection via the wireless network at work, I have come to Barnes and Noble to try out their free wifi hotspot and after a bunch of tinkering around, most of which i don't remember I am here on the internet and posting and twittering and finally using this brand spanking new baby pink laptop. I have hated baby Lola all day, but I am starting to love her. (It's not her fault she's cranky and her mommy doesn't know what she's doing).
Trying to get used to this just slightly smaller than normal keyboard. I will adapt eventually I suppose, but I am backspacing a lot at the moment.
Anyway.... sitting here in the air conditioning enjoy the triumph of human over technology, drinking a mint mocha frappacino. life's OK just at the mo.

I have have the mini10v on the cheaper end of the spectrum.
the netbook's don't have internal cd drives which takes some getting used to, and the purchase of and EXTERNAL drive :0) but so far it's doing everything I need it to, once I figure out how it wants me to do it.
pretty in pink is the way to go (although the other colors are swell to.)
