I'm sure there are merits to being paid monthy... on my employer's side... but as someone who hates to budget (which is odd considering how much I love to organize) (I think it's a control thing)... but it means that major purchases await the beginning of the month.

so... this dress is on order in the black and white calico awaiting the Christmas play about a women's group trying to stage a production of A Christmas Carol and everything possible going wrong... (which tends to happen with productions of A Christmas Carol. just ask me.)

the Torchwood series 3 DVD's are on order from amazon. (plus a scrapbooking book that lept into my shopping cart. still trying to find my style, which is somewhere between vintage and modern. why do I always seem to make my own head hurt figuring things out?)

the scrapbook paper and chipboard numbers are ordered so that I can finally get that school picture project done. Now I just need to track down some ruler print twill tape.

took my dad some ice cream last night as he recouperates from his surgery and overnight stay in hospital.

didn't get much accomplished on my night off, although I did get one step closer to restocking my etsy shop by getting photos of my latest batch of greeting cards. Baby steps. Baby steps...

ETA: I should just stay out of the craft store. But (I used a coupon) and now I'm packing a cropadile... which means I can punch all kinds of things now, and punch 'em hard!!!!
