I've just gone through my London pictures from that trip in 1984. It must have rained every day we were there ... there are water droplets on every picture taken out the bus window. Also pictures of black cabs, red double-decker buses, and a pigeon. And the usual landmarks. Big Ben was swathed in plastic that summer for repairs. Now I wonder what alien/Doctor/Torchwood shenanigans might have put a hole in it. That seem to happen a lot in the Whoniverse, at any rate :)

I have a musty program from our outing to see Singing in the Rain at the Palladium and the ticket stub ... grand price 4 pounds fifty.

I'm not sure how many/which are getting the full scrapbook treatment, but its useful to have them sorted into places/events.

I tracked down my plastic name badge from the trip last night. So things are starting to come to some kind of order. It's not going to be a quick process, especially when I get the UK part of the trip nailed down and then have to go back and scan an additional 200 slides from France (Paris, Chartes, Strasbourg), Germany, Switzerland, Austria, Liechtenstein and Italy.

I'm starting to suspect this album may stretch to two volumes.

In between I keep scrapping old pictures of me. Next up my official just born baby picture ...

Hell, I find I'm scrapping layouts in my dreams. HALP.

But man these albums are going to be awesome when I get them in shape. I have such plans... :)))
