bluecastleAh social media (or whatever) ... Delicious is all wacky now, and Facebook is changing things ONCE again.
But I have to say, say what you will about Facebook (and trust me I've said the same things, although I'm kind of intrigued by the new timeline thing, as a scrapbooker)...
People have been tagging pictures of my friend who died the other weekend. And it's been kind of nice to see pictures of her popping up when I go and check my feed. I loved one of them so much I printed it out and tucked it in with her obit in my scrapbook. It was just a perfectly ordinary picture of her sitting on a porch at her quilt camp, cup of coffee in hand, but the light in it was wonderful, and it was so HER. Perfect actually.
Anyway. Things changing sucks, but there are bright spots. Good to remind myself of that on a rainy soggy morning.
