I HAVE SURVIVED ANOTHER WEEK! EVERYBODY DANCE!
It's a half-day today as I've got errands to run before rehearsal at 4 pm and then our show at 7 pm.
Great rehearsal last night, and then my friend Lori showed us some of her dragon*con pictures -- the prom pictures and her candids. Adorable story about the Warehouse 13 gang -- Eddie screwed up her name when he signed her photo and Saul pwned him for it!! Super fun.
And then we went to dinner and talked about the future for the studio, which might be moving soon. And maybe expanding. Perhaps.
Then it was time to rush home, put the trash out, write a blog prompt, and do a journal page in my December journal.
This kind of busy is a good thing.
I'm following along a series of reflective prompts this month over at www.reverb10.com looking backwards and forwards as we head towards the new year. Yesterday's prompt was a really interesting one which I think bears thinking more about ...
PROMPT: Writing. What do you do each day that doesn’t contribute to your writing — and can you eliminate it?
It's been really interesting to surf around the #reverb10 hashtag on twitter and read people's responses.
