Poking around on the internet looking at the link between the weather and headaches ... I read this:

"That's because the brains of Migraine sufferers are extremely sensitive and stimulation that has no affect on most people can trigger Migraines in those prone to them."

Yeah. Just one more confirmation that I'm just more sensitive than a lot of people. Or well, my brain in this case is. LOLs.

I have this problem. You're not alone. I read someplace last week that 5HTTP which is a tryptophane precursor is supposed to be useful in warding off these types of migranes.

yeah. I really gotta start tracking this more closely and looking at options. so many headaches lately!
