Glad my dad is figuring out how to use his cell phone. Wish is wasn't to call me and tell me he took my mom to the Emergency Room with a dizzy spell. She gets them from time to time, so probably nothing to worry about... but I am good at worrying.

Just keep reminding myself to breathe.
