You're SO right about the habit thing; I fall out of stuff like this all the time because I haven't made it a habit or a priority in my day. I tend to not want to start small and then hurt myself by doing too much and stop or not think it's worth doing if I can't put in an entire 1/2 hr, so I don't, and then I stop. *sigh* My cardio doc said that 30 min a day can be done in 10 min intervals, it's okay to do it that way--I had no idea, I thought sustaining activity for a full 30 min was important. This gives me less of an excuse not to do it. So if I work 10 min of activity into my day and make that a habit, then I've got a place to start from and a daily habit and all of that. And I'm on vacation next week, so. *girds loins* Even if I just stand and wiggle in place for 10 min, that's 10 min on my feet I wouldn't have done, and I've successfully worked it into my day, right? I've made the time, and that can become a habit if I do it enough times. Yes. *determined*
