(no subject)

So. I'm sitting with, and trying to figure out how I feel about the news that my Father's oldest brother just died. It was not unexpected, he'd had some major surgery some months ago, and has been in a care home for a while now. On the whole, I'm glad he's not suffering any more. I think it's more the idea that my parents siblings are dying that worries me. We're not a close or particularly demonstrative family (like at all). But my Dad is 76, and the youngest of six. (Five now I guess). Uncle Bill was at least 10 years older than my Dad.
