(no subject)

I spend so much time whinging about the bad days, I think its only fair to say that today was a really good day. The weather was great. I got rid of my headache around lunchtime. The sky was blue, the clouds were puffy, there was almost a nip in the air. When I left work there was organ music playing. The sky was beautiful as I drove home. There was pizza to eat. And ice cream sandwiches.


Then around 8pm it was still so nice out I put on some sweats and took a walk. Nothing major, just down to the corner and back. But it was just at sunset, and on the way to the corner the sky was all sky-blue-pink, and the walk back was that special orange-blue combo sunsets have.


I have no idea why it was such a nice 15 or 20 minutes. But it was.


Then I spent the last hour watching Warehouse 13 with a kitten sleeping on my chest. Jinx likes to curl up under my chin as I sit on the couch.


Lots of little things that added up to a really great day. This is a rare thing, and I want to enjoy it. To remember it. Here's a little bit of what I saw:
