My three day weekend that turned into a four day weekend is drawing to a close. *sadface*

Went on the annual Christmas shopping for my Mom with my Dad trip today. Mostly painless although odd. Still, there was a free lunch, so...

Then I came home and there were 7 packages on my doorstep. Proving that shopping online is the way to go. :)

OMG amand_r  sent me the BESTEST DALEK CHRISTMAS CARD EVEH!!!!!!!  And some noms. ILU Mandr!!!

Then I did some  crafty elf like stuff ... and finished up the afternoon watching Inside Daisy Clover ... which is brilliant and should be required viewing for anyone at all interested in the business of entertainment.

I sort  of want to have a Ways the Fame Factory Will Fuck You Up film festival... which would include:

Inside Daisy Clover
Sunset Boulevard
A Star is Born
All About Eve
Stage Door
The Dresser
The Player

hmmmm.... what else?

Not that anyone could sit through that slate of movies without a lot of booze, drugs, and sex.

And really... pizza, booze, telly is so much more comforting.
