OMFG. The 'female dandy' thing is really cool, but the military fashion linked there? EVEN MORE COOL.
And that steampunk jacket. Dunno if it's THAT steampunk, or more gothy steampunk, but it's ... just... sex.
For costumes - I vote Goldilocks. It's more playful fun than the Regency dress.
