I think the latest Ballet Shoes movie may have had both the lady doctors (would you believe I only got that on my last rereading several...um... months ago?). Although they did kill Mrs. Simpson. Bleh. Also, I think Theatre Shoes is my favorite, though I have a special love for Circus Shoes which was my first Streatfeild.

I just love books about people learning to... do stuff. And this stuff is so great. My friend Eve share all the hard-to-find books we get, (we like to say we have common bookshelves) and we just got the first Gemma book! Now we need to find the next three so we can explore her banjo-playing tour days.

although I have walked down Cromwell Road and stood outside the Victoria and Albert on a whirlwind trip to Europe just after I graduated high school. My parents were astounded how much of London I was familiar with. Reading rules!!

I do this all the time with books. Reading does rule!
