25k is a HELL of a lot of words in one month and you should be very proud of that! writing a little bit every day, whether it's 10 words or 2000, is awesome ♥

i know exactly what you mean by 'writing on command and freezing' b/c i am the same way - it just doesn't work for me

also, november was a terrible month for this - we should do another one in march or something! maybe we can get a little group of ppl together and make our own mini-nano
